I drank the Kool-aid when Marion Jones took "The Clear".
Yup, I believed her when she told the whole world she believed "The Clear" was flax seed oil. I believed her because she was very convincing and because she told us she was clean over and over again--for years. And because everybody else believed her too. Even the Feds for awhile. She was, after all TIME magazine's cover girl after she won five medals--three gold--in track and field at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. In 2004 she told the world again that she was clean at the U.S. Olympic Track and Field trials in Sacramento.
